Our own product · boltsolve.com
The support desk that closes the ticket instead of filing it
We built Boltsolve because our own clients kept asking for the same thing: not a prettier ticket queue, but tickets that get resolved. It reads what arrives, works out whether it is a bug, a request or a question, investigates the defect in the affected codebase, writes the change with tests, and then stops. A person approves, and only then does anything ship or get sent.

Why we built it
The problem that made this exist
Support tools are built around organising work, not finishing it. A ticket gets tagged, assigned, escalated and reported on long before anyone changes the line of code that caused it — so the queue grows even when everybody is busy.
The teams we automate for are small. They do not need another dashboard to babysit; they need the first hour of investigation done before anyone sits down, and they need a hard stop before anything reaches a customer or a production branch.
So the whole product is built around one rule: the AI proposes, a person decides. Every diagnosis, change and reply passes an approval queue, scoped to systems you explicitly allowlist, with the entire trail timestamped and attributed.
What it does
Capabilities in production today
One queue for every channel
Published support addresses, extra team mailboxes, web and in-app forms, and tickets your own staff raise all arrive as one ticket per conversation, with replies threading back onto it.
Classification and urgency from the language used
Each arrival is read as a bug, a request or a question, attached to the right product, and given an urgency — an outage reads as urgent even when nobody typed the word.
Investigation before anyone is paged
For a defect, the AI opens the affected codebase, reproduces the fault, finds the cause and writes the fix as a reviewable change with tests, starting within seconds of the message landing.
An approval gate that cannot be skipped
Work stops with the diagnosis, the proposed change and what it touches. Approve, edit or decline. Routine categories can be pre-approved; sensitive ones never are.
The customer gets an answer, not a status page
Once approved, the change is released and the reply goes back on the original thread in your own words, and the ticket resolves with the full record of who decided what.
Time tracked per ticket, rolled up per client
Real time from first touch to resolution, aggregated by product and by client, so support becomes something you can bill, staff and forecast against.

Questions we get asked
Is Boltsolve a Webkms product or a separate company?
It is a Webkms product with its own brand and its own site. Webkms designs, builds and operates it, and you buy and manage the subscription at boltsolve.com.
Can it change our software without asking?
No. Approval is the default state, and work can only ever touch systems on your own allowlist — anything pointed elsewhere is refused and recorded rather than quietly run.
Do our customers need an account?
No. They keep emailing the address they already use. Accounts are only for the people working the queue, plus client workspaces on the Scale plan.
Can Webkms run the desk for us?
Yes. That is the Scale plan plus a Webkms engagement: we operate the queue, set the approval policies and report on resolution and billable time per client.
