AI reception is a published subscription. Automation modules are quoted after we see real documents or calls, but the starting points below are the real ones we work from — not placeholders to get you on a call.

Automation modules
Buy the module, not a platform
Each module is deployed and proven on its own. Setup is one-time; monthly covers monitoring, accuracy tuning and support.
Documents & email
Read notes, tickets and invoices from email, PDF or photo; extract and validate fields; push to sheets and accounting.
Extract orders and quote requests from the inbox, create the order, notify dispatch and draft the reply.
Match tickets to orders and notes; detect duplicates, gaps and weight mismatches with evidence attached.
Production
Camera-based piece counting, dimension measurement, tonnage estimation, waste, cycle time and operator output. Hardware quoted separately.
Compile tickets, logs and supervisor notes into a management report delivered every morning.
Live stock position from production in, shipments out and periodic surveys, with low-stock alerts.
Operations
Truck-cycle-aware schedule suggestions, conflict warnings and automatic driver notifications.
Driver photo capture attached to the right ticket and order, with customer confirmation sent automatically.
Billing
Group matched tickets into invoice batches with backup documents and push to your accounting system.
Capture supplier invoices, code them, check against quotes and route for approval.
Reporting
Production, sales, inventory, equipment and labour in one operational view.
Customers pull their own tickets, invoices, order status and quotes instead of calling the office.
Leadership
A private agent grounded in the owner's own history that drafts, answers staff questions and briefs daily.

Pricing questions
Why are automation prices given as ranges?
Because scope drives cost: document volume, how many exception rules exist, how many systems we write into, and whether hardware is involved. We quote a fixed price after a discovery call and a look at real documents or call recordings.
What is the monthly fee for?
Running and owning the outcome: monitoring, accuracy tuning as your documents and products change, model and integration upkeep, and support with a named contact. It is not a licence fee for software you cannot see.
Do we have to buy a full system?
No, and most clients should not. Start with one module that removes a specific daily pain, prove it, then add modules as the value compounds.
Is hardware included?
Hardware for production tracking — industrial cameras, mounts, rugged tablets, on-site compute — is quoted separately at cost plus installation, and we specify it so you are not guessing.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. Your data, accounts, numbers, domain and content are yours. We document what we build and can hand over operation if you ever want to run it in-house.
