Webkms is a Canadian AI product studio, founded 2019, that builds and operates AI automation systems — AI phone reception, document and order processing, and support automation — for operations-heavy businesses in Canada and the United States.
We started from the operator side, running commerce and service operations where the admin layer was the constraint: orders in an inbox, tickets in a pile, calls missed during the working day, reports rebuilt every Monday. The tools to fix it existed; nobody was assembling them into something a working business could actually adopt.
So that is what we do. We build the connective systems between the software you already own, prove them against your real numbers, and then keep running them. Most of our work is invisible: a document that files itself, a call that gets answered at 9pm, a report that arrives before anyone asks for it.
We also ship our own software. Boltsolve is an AI support desk sold as a subscription at boltsolve.com; the AI Agent Portal is where our phone-reception clients read their own calls, transcripts and billing; the Shopify Agent Connector lets AI agents work against live store data. Client work funds the products, the products harden the client work.

We are not a project shop that hands over a diagram. Monthly support means we watch accuracy, fix drift and adapt the system as your documents, products and staff change.
Proof before trust
Nothing becomes the source of truth until it has matched your manual process line by line. That is why our systems survive contact with sceptical office staff.
Boring where it matters
Exception queues, audit trails, escalation thresholds and human sign-off on anything contractual. Automation should reduce risk, not add a new kind.
No lock-in theatre
Your data, accounts, numbers and content stay yours, and we document what we build so you could run it without us.
We say no
If a workflow is too rare, too judgment-heavy or cheaper to leave manual, we will tell you before you spend money on it.
